最新一期的滾石雜誌請來了一大群知名音樂人選出心目中
最偉大的搖滾樂團、樂手。
票選的主題為搖滾史的前五十年的五十個最偉大樂團。這
邊所定義的搖滾樂鳴槍開跑的時點是1954年7月5日當貓王
於曼菲斯的Sun Studio錄下That's All Right這首歌開始
算起。
搖滾樂的前半個世紀將在今年夏天走到一個中介點。
參加投票的音樂人有Bruce Springsteen、The Edge、Moby
Pete Townshend、Elvis Costello、Slash、Art Garfunkel等。
遙想五十年之後，要選出搖滾樂的第一個世紀的前一百大
音樂人，又會是番怎樣的光景呢。
