英國倫敦著名的gig勝地 Hammersmith Palais 於四月一日舉行最後一場表演後宣告結束營業之後這個地點將會改建成辦公大樓和餐廳 Hammersmith Palais的歷史可以追溯到1919年剛開始就只是一般舞廳而已當時叫做Hammersmith palais de Danse 到了60年代開始有些樂團表演活動進駐 70年代末 Punk活動正如火如荼的展開 The Clash 的經典曲 (White Man) In Hammersmith Palais 將這個場地名聲發揚光大之後很多大團也有在這表演過如U2,The Cure,Rolling Stone等等到了2001年開始定期舉辦惡名昭彰的School Disco (就有點像學生制服派對) 告別表演分別是3/31的 THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE QUEEN 和4/1 的THE FALL Damon 在表演時對著台下觀眾說“Fantastic place this - such a shame ther're pulling it down" 表演結束後 Paul 用斧頭劈下舞台的一小部份當作紀念並說 “I reckon I've done enough to deserve a piece of this place, for sure."
