防雷頁~~ DB: You'll do anything for the team, right? It is now! Team needs you. Go out and kicks their butts. 原來是Vegas警局跟CSI小組在進行壘球比賽啦~~ Finn上場準備打擊時LVPD:CSI是03:02. Finn: Bring it. Bring it. Morgan: She's not going to be stopped at first base anyway. 投手投出第一球... 好球! Finn沒揮棒! Finn: It is apparantly outside! DB: Shake it off. Shake it off. 投手投出第二球, Finn揮棒了, 球結結實實的飛了出去! Finn一路狂奔上了三壘, 下一個準備打擊的亨利看來非常不安... 三壘手: I noticed that you might overstreched yourself? Finn: (笑) Yeah. Might need a rub down there. 三壘手: (一愣) I'll keep it in mind. 亨利站上打擊位置, 但囧尼的呼叫器忽然響了... 囧尼: Time, time, time, time, time. DB: What's up? 囧尼: I just got a 911 from Brass. Got take it. 投手: You only have 9 people in your team. If you leave now, you forfeit. 囧尼: I guess we have to take the forfeit. Sorry you all. (往外走經過亨利身邊時) You're welcome, Henry. 囧尼回到了辦公室, 布拔跟一名檢察官等著他布拔: He's here for Detective Sam Vega. 囧尼: He's dead. 檢察官: He's dead, but what he left is serious. Do you remember Carl Bowden? 囧尼: The one who killed a 16 year-old kid? Bowden was commited murder several years ago. 檢察官: He said Vega set him up. Unfortunately, with what Vega did we cannot really defeat him. The case needs to be re-investigated or soon Bowden will be released. 布拔: And a parade for crime. 囧尼: Okay, let's do that. 檢察官: One more thing. Anything in Vega's investigation is the fruits from a poisonous tree. You cannot use the evidence. Including the body, we cannot use them. So you better find new evidence, or he walks. Hope you won the game. 囧尼: No, we lost that, too. Finn跟DB回到了局裡 Finn: It's funny. So I saw that very cute guy in the third base. DB: This guy is a cop. 囧尼來找DB告知他們現在面臨的問題 DB: The once you are, that's all you are. So in addition to the confession, what you had back then? 囧尼: We have a witness. She said she saw Bowden leaving the place. DB: And did you notice anything between Bowden and Vega? 囧尼: I- I didn't know really. I left them for a while. When I came back in... 回想畫面, 囧尼回到房間時Bowden臉上有血跡 Vega: He tried to struggle. I had to set him straight. 囧尼: He's bleeding. Vega: He's fine. 囧尼: And then he confessed. DB: You didn't tell anyone about that? 囧尼: You have to let the cops trust you, the more they trust you, the more they asked you to join the big cases. DB: "I have to set him straight." 囧尼: And because of that, the killer is in prison. DB: Hey, even without the confession, the evidence will lead you to the body, don't give Vega the credits, okay? CSI小組討論中 DB: Unfortunately, a lot of things we cannot use now. Thanks to Detective Vega. Body, gone. Cofession, gone. (拿掉一堆紙牌) 亨利: So, that's all we got? Finn: We have the alley crime scene, the missing report, and the witness. DB: Morgan is on her way back. Nick and I will go to the alley to check the scene. 囧尼, DB跟Finn來到當年小巷現場, 囧尼跟他們解釋了當年現場血跡狀況 Finn: Means Bowden keeps hitting him until the kid is down. 囧尼: Yeah, we just cannot say that Bowden is the guy who did it legally. DB: That's too bad. Anything else? Anything you can remember? 囧尼: Something smelly. Like a solvent, a superglue, but different. I kind of like smell something in the dumpster. 球賽裡的那個三壘手警官Marreno去找布拔 Marreno: I've heard that you are dealing a case that my old man screwed up? 布拔: It's been kind of rough this past few months, hum? Marreno: Loosing my dad, well, my stepdad? Yes. I grew up in LA. If it wasn't Sam, it will be totally different for me now. (兩人一陣沉默) Captain Brass, I want to work this case. I'll do whatever you want me to do. I'll do anything. I- 布拔: I get it. I get it. I just don't think it is a good idea. But, look, if we do this, it has to be unofficial. Got it? Now get out here. Marreno: Thank you. 小葛跟Morgan在檢視當年從現場蒐回來的東西小葛: By the time you figured out, it's already over. Morgan: Here are them, a lot to swap. 布拔跟囧尼則去找當年Bowden的車布拔: Little late for the cars, hum? 囧尼: Well, if Bowden used the car to dump the body, maybe we can find some traces here. 布拔: (走到車前檢視) Hey, Nick, I think I know why the car is ababdonded- Marreno: (出現) The car is involved in a hit-and-run. 囧尼: Detective Marreno. I thought you are in break. Marreno: I'm taking care of a family business. The report says the hit-and-run happened around eleven something. 囧尼: It's about the time Robert Junior left the bar. 布拔: So Robert Junior was never in the car. 小葛跟Morgan有了新發現 Morgan: Gesulitium. That's what Nick smelled. 小葛: It's a kind of liquid bandage. Invi-skin. Morgan: So it could be translated from the killer's skin. DB: And Carl Bowden was a mechanic. Great. 囧尼: He may even get a car there. 小葛跟Morgan於是去當年Bowden工作的車廠詢問老闆: Carl wasn't anyone who will kill anybody. ...He was such a good mechanic. He can fix anything. 小葛: Did, un, Mr. Bowden have access to the place after closed? 老闆: Yeah, I gave him the key. 小葛: Do you happen to keep records seven years ago? We would love to know all the cars here that night. 老闆: You got lucky. I never throw things away. IRS. 小葛: We'll need to copy that. 老闆: They are all in the office. 小葛跟老闆前往辦公室, Morgan等著的同時一名修車工打量著她 Morgan: How you doing? 修車工: Better now. Morgan: Can I see your hands? 修車工: You can see any parts you want. Morgan: Just hands. (看了看, 湊近聞了一下) They smell. It's not oil, what's it? 修車工: It's something we put on the hands to protect ourselves. Morgan: Invi-skin. 修車工: Yeah, it is. Morgan: Thanks. 囧尼: We know now that Bowden had a long day that day, and then his car hit the pole. 小葛: So that probably just put him over the edge. 囧尼: (兩人經過小哈實驗室, 小哈正手舞足蹈的聽著歌劇) What's wrong with him? 小葛: Ah, he went to Italy with his mom. I think he's just get back to himself now. Morgan去找小哈問化驗結果小哈: Devo andare. Un lingua de amore. Morgan: I always thought the language of love is Franch. So what's the results? 小哈: It's invi-skin, as you suspected. Morgan: That's good, right? That puts Bowden to the scene. 小哈: Not that good. It's the top-selling liquid bandage in the United States. So- Morgan: We need other things to hit the homerun. 小哈: Speaking of which, did you check across the corridor? 走廊對面是正跟囧尼面對面的亨利亨利: You know where I spent my nights those days? The batting cages, with Finn. I may not look man enough, or nervous to hit the ball. But I was ready! 囧尼: All right, I'm sorry, man. DB利用現有的證據跟檢察官爭論 DB: Eyewitness said Bowden in the alley that night. 檢察官: Yes, a witness died with breast cancer last year. DB: Bowden murdered Robert James. You put that guy out to the street, he will do that again! 檢察官: I don't disagree with you. If you found him doing the thing, then we refile him. DB: Fine. (轉向囧尼) I guess you'll have to pay Bowden a visit. 囧尼: Set it up. 於是囧尼來到獄中 Bowden: Long time. 囧尼: Open up. Bowden: If I don't give them up, are you going to hit me? 囧尼: Open up. (採樣) I'm gonna need to take some pictures. Bowden: Red isn't my best color. But again, I won't be wearing it much longer. 囧尼: Hands. (拍照) 回到局裡, 囧尼找到正在收拾東西準備回家的DB跟Finn報告囧尼: A lot of scars on his hands. But he got fights all the time. And I'm sure he has an anguish issue. Finn: The James file is ambush, all out of rage. DB: Yeah, he has to leash his anger out in some way. Finn: You think it's possible that he fixed that? DB: No way. No, I don't that's an overnight decline thing. 囧尼: I think there is some possibilities that there are other victims. DB: We're on. We're not going home. We'll look all old cases. All that's ambush and rage. Finn: I'm on. If we can't keep him out through James. Maybe we can keep him locked up on something else. DB: Damn right. 大家一起翻檔案小葛: Found two cases, MO is similar. ...but might just be a straight mubbing. Finn: I got a perfect one. Almost beat to death, in a park, with a log. 囧尼: Oh, I like where it is going on. DB: James is dead. Why would he leave the victim alive there? Finn: Maybe he is interrupted? One problem, there is a catch. Big catch. 囧尼: Let's hear it. Finn簡單描述了案件 Morgan: Any sign of sexual assault? Finn: No. April woke up, she identified David Jordensen. Her best friend's husband. But Jordensen never committed that. 囧尼: And what about the chemical smell describe in the report? DB: Morgan you pulled out April's evidence. Greg and Nick, go dig old files. Finn: I'll go talk with David Jordensen. Gotta be something else. DB: We connacted Bowden's crimes, we keep him behind the bars. DB去找小哈讓小哈重新檢驗證據 DB: (關掉音響) So we need you to re-analyze the evidence. 小哈: La Dolce Vita. Opera keeps me inspiring. DB: Okay, just do the works. I'm not going to interrupt your inspiration. (打開音響) 小哈: Grace simila. 囧尼跟Detective Marreno一起瀏覽著檔案 Marreno: ...Did my dad beat a confession or not? (囧尼愣住) Look, my dad is dead. You don't have to protect anyone anymore. 囧尼: Look, honestly I don't know. I left the room. When I came back in, Bowden got a bleeding nose. There is no code, okay? The Sam Voga I know is a good man, the others? Maybe I didn't want to. Marreno: I don't either, if it will make you better. I grew up wanting to be like him. Have a badege, a gun, the whole thing. Lately I realized that, to him, this job, means getting your own hands dirty. 囧尼: When did April get attacked? Marreno: May 7th, why? 囧尼: Bowden was fired in May 7th. Marreno: So he goes across the street to unleash his anger. 囧尼: Yeah. Now let's just hope we can prove that. Finn在探視David Jordensen. Jordensen: Now you want to listen to me? After 8 years? Finn: I am very wantted to hear your side's story. 而布拔則跟April面對面 April: That man ruinned my life, and now you're considering to let him out? 布拔: We just want to make sure some things. So please stop. April: It's just, that, for the past 8 years I tried so hard to be back to normal. Only there was no normal. 布拔: Just some detail of the case that I want to go over with, okay? Finn: Your families are close. Kids play soccer together. On the day of attack, you came to April's house, right? You have a fight, why? Jordensen: Connie and I are going a rough patch. She complained to April. April: ... I told him that he is a crappy husband, but he didn't want to hear. Finn: They found a piece of wood on your hand, where did it come from? Jordensen: I was stacking firewoods. Kids like fires. Finn: And why you burn the rug you used to weep away your blood? Jordensen: I burned some old rugs and an old cloth. Yes, I know this sounds bad. April: He just kept hitting me. I was thinking that I will never see my husband or my son again. 布拔: Are you sure it was David Jordensen? April: I remember that clearly. Finn: Why would she said that if she knew it wasn't you? Jordensen: I've been asked myself that same question everyday. I already told you everything. For hell, my own wife didn't believe me, why should you? Finn: I never said that I didn't believe you. DB告知檢察官這個新進展檢察官: A lot of cases have been wronged based on the time period. I need rock-solid proof that he was invovled. DB: Well, that's it! Morgan跟DB報告她調出的檔案 DB: So the physical evidence seems to backen up Jordansen's story. Morgan: Is it possible for April to believe delusion over reality? DB: I think we have someone who's professional enough to answer. 於是兩人去找羅賓爺爺羅賓爺爺: She may seen the outline of her attacker's face, in some cases, you overlap the image with the one you recently encountered. DB: I replay my argument all the time. Which is why she assigned David Jordansen's face to her attacker. 小葛在警局詢問當年發現April的人小葛: How did you came across April? Fowler: It's actually Maggie who found her. 小葛: (笑著摸摸狗狗Maggie) Ms. Fowler, did you notice anyone around then? Fowler: No, I just focus on my dog and the poor girl. 小葛: Oh, what's wrong with Maggie? Fowler: Oh, she swallowed something. She still does. 小葛: What's that? Fowler: A set of keys. (從她的smart phone翻出照片) 小葛: May I see the picture? But you can have them even! I put everything Maggie swallowed. I just display them so it's fun when people have a conversation about that! 小葛拿到了鑰匙小葛: Maggie swallowed the thing at the scene. It doesn't belong to April or Mrs. Fowler. There was only one possibility, it came from April's attacker. Morgan: It's not gonna help us much. 小葛: I have an idea. 小葛跟Morgan跑到了拖吊停放場 Morgan: All right, here is Bowden's car. 小葛: (坐上駕駛座, 將鑰匙插入, 轉動, 車子發動了) If the key fits, you must convict. Bowden走出監獄圍牆, 但沒幾秒鐘大批警車抵達布拔: Carl Bowden. You're arrested for attempt murder of April XXX. Detective Marreno, make if official. Marreno: You have the right to have an attorney... (一邊說一邊把人銬走) 球賽重開, Finn把囧尼送回本壘後站上三壘, 亨利準備打擊 Finn: I told them to get me back to the third base. Marreno: Sure for the forteit. Especially for the lab. Finn: Is it? (亨利此時揮棒落空) Time out! (跑過去跟亨利咬耳朵) DB: What the hell was that about? 亨利打擊, 球飛了出去... 裁判: Safe! (Finn撲上本壘, LVPD:CSI=03:04) Finn: Henry! Yeah! DB: Well, look at you. You still have good to reach the base. What did you tell Henry there? Finn: I told him that a cute girl is looking at him. And if he got a hit, maybe she will go home with him. Marreno走了過來, Finn很快跟了過去 Finn: Sorry you had to loose. Marreno: It's a nice game. Want to have a drink? I'll leave. Finn: Yeah? 本集心得: 1) 我說DB你活像個保護欲過重的老爸是怎麼回事? 2) 顯然小哈跟他漂亮媽媽的義大利旅行很完美...
