15天瘦9kg 郭彥甫找回6塊肌

郭彥甫年前上中天《康熙來了》,77公斤體重肚子一團肉,
眾人笑稱「胖胖甫」,蔡康永開出3周內練出6塊肌,
就請舞蹈老師Kimiko與他共進晚餐。
經過15天自發訓練,成功瘦9公斤,
大秀6塊腹肌,「現在身材比我發片時還要好。」
他主持美食節目後,最高紀錄胖12公斤,體重80,
但自從打賭後每天花兩小時上健身房,做400下伏地起身,
拒吃焢肉飯,早餐喝無糖豆漿配兩根香蕉,
中午11點吃3顆去蛋黃的茶葉蛋、燙青菜加洋蔥、薑片及辣椒,
不吃澱粉、油、醬油,晚餐盡量不進食,大量喝水排尿,
餓了就吃香蕉,「改變生活飲食習慣 就會瘦,我現在口味變了,還照顧到蕉農。」
