★ [作曲家動態] 漢斯季默將挑戰多主線的非傳統敘事電影《燃燒的平原 The Burning Plain》。這部由《火線交錯》編劇Guillermo Arriaga，首度執導的作品，竟然有預算可以請到季默來配樂，敝人猜測，很有可能是Zimmer看不下去Santaolalla拿奧斯卡電影音樂獎的關係，決定請纓挑戰這類只有吉他彈奏一兩個音，就可以矇混得獎的片型。以上都不是翻譯自upcoming film score網站的。該片由金貝辛格與莎莉賽隆主演，同樣也是以五個主角，五個不同的人生，這種敘事結構來鋪陳，該片將在威尼斯影展首映。Zimmer近期手邊還有《馬達加斯加2》配樂正在排隊中。好晚了，下文就不翻了，各位隨便看吧。 ★ Hans Zimmer: Angels and Demons 天使與魔鬼（達文西密碼前傳） Unsurprisingly, Hans Zimmer has been hired to score Angels and Demons for director Ron Howard, following up their smash hit film version of The DaVinci Code from 2006. Zimmer's involvement in the sequel has just been confirmed by the Gorfaine-Schwartz Agency. Tom Hanks returns as Doctor Robert Langdon in the Dan Brown story which revolves around a terrorist act against the Vatican. Hans Zimmer has also written the music for Ron Howard's other upcoming film, Frost/Nixon. Angels and Demons will be their fourth film together.
