FRENCH TEEN IDOL is an instrumental solo-project run by the Roman artist
Andrea Di Carlo.
Its music offers a typical post-rock mood, from the song structure to the
melodies, blended with an electronic approach based on basic beats, thick
strings and vocal samples.
Lovers of Sigur Ros, M83, Mogwai, God Is An Astronaut and Craig Armstrong
will surely appreciate FTI's musical proposal.
On May 2005, FTI's self-titled debut album has been released by the Canadian
netlabel Nishi. On October 2005, the song Shouting can have different
meanings has appeared on Losing Today's compilation (Italian version)
