Nothing could ever take its place Thought I was looking, out for myself Now it seems the pain Is all that I have gained I wonder if I could be your miracle I wonder if I could spare you pain Seems as though nothing will comfort me Lord, less today, I pray That you should come listen (chorus) Don't ever throw away your miracle Don't let it slip away Nothing should matter (chorus) 〈Miracle〉收錄於是Whitney Houston第三張個人專輯《I'm Your Baby Tonight》是該專輯的第三首單曲由於前兩首單曲〈I'm Your Baby Tonight〉和〈All The Man That I Need〉先後在單曲榜上取得桂冠依據當時（90年代前後）Billboard的統計方式想當然耳的〈Miracle〉很難像Whitney Houston前兩張專輯那般以持續有效的衝擊力道攻上單曲榜首位當初會注意到這首歌有其緣故比起前兩張堪稱經典的黑人專輯那個時候的人們普遍覺得《I'm Your Baby Tonight》無論內容或成績盡是疲軟這現象果真延燒到〈Miracle〉記得這首單曲很快衝到排行榜前端但它最好的位置也就停在第九名以這張專輯來說〈Miracle〉確實是我最有印象最有喜歡的歌曲第一這首歌是Babyface和L.A. Reid譜寫與製作的光是這點就讓當年追隨「金字招牌」的我產生先入為主的偏好第二《I'm Your Baby Tonight》裡有少數歌曲讓我好生卻步比如〈My Name Is Not Susan〉這張專輯最後並未成為我的收藏之一而且那個時候有沒有強大的網際網路在堅持不購買的頑固心態下〈Miracle〉始終是我「失落的歌單」第三這首歌的後段吸引了年少的我每聽一次就是結實的感動一次可惜在無法達到更佳名次的情形下容易被淹沒在Whitney Houston本身眾多強勁單曲之中而這樣的好歌我認為才是低調的美麗...... 原曲 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Br0LZIOAd5s
