Behind The Name Heart Strings.
This EP is a showcase of Ezra james's work in his own studio making music
about some experiences in his life, mainly about his relationships. He
compares it to "guitar strings" some are old, some are new and some need to
be changed. So he relates it back to how he got into those situations by
always wearing his heart on his sleeve and being a fool for beautiful women
and in saying all that this is why this EP is called "HEART STRINGS".
About Ezra:
Ezra, currently a student at the prestigious JMC Music Academy, has a string
of Queensland and National acclaimed music festivals such as “Stylin Up”
and ‘The Remix’ already under his belt as well as ‘breaking moulds’ on
the local music scene with performances with mass crowds at major venues such
as “The Riverstage”, “princess theatre” and “enmore theatre” just to
name a few. With his accompanying and incredibly talented seven piece band “
The Funkmen”, who specialize in their given choice of instrument, Ezra is
vast becoming the most ‘talked about young pocket rocket talent’ to emerge
out of Brisbane.
The demand for Ezra to perform has been overwhelming since his debut in
October 2010. This has come to no surprise for those who have been fortunate
enough to attend an energetic live performance, which serves as a tantalizing
treat for the body and soul, as the spectacular original beats would be hard
to resist to tap, dance or sing along to. Through his passion for music, and
engaging nature, Ezra’s appeal has no age limit, hence his over increasing
broad fan base. Ezra is certainly a musically gifted presence, to be shared
by all.
