[問題] shoutcast 1.8.9 與 1.9.7之間的問題

我本來是用shoutcast1.8.9版連線一切OK 等到我換成1.9.7版問題就來了我這邊伺服器已經開啟 http://ip:8000 顯示"無法顯示網頁" 我的norton一直會有視窗跳出來 winamp可以連線連線之後 http://ip:8000還是顯示"無法顯示網頁" norton又不斷有視窗跑出來我改回用1.9.5就沒問題請問各位該怎麼解決呢?
