作人為英國樂團The 1975的主唱Matthew Healy與Rob Milton ，總共收錄6首歌曲，包含
先前發行的〈The Walls Are Way Too Thin〉及〈Scarlett〉兩首單曲。

關於希望某人留下來，即使只多待五分鐘也好，因為知道當他離開時會有多痛苦。
