Gossip Girl herself (still no word on what to make of that Kristen Bell
sighting).

A: Revenge-seeking Chuck Bass, furious at Blair Waldorf for attending the big
ball with Nate Archibald, hatches a plan to make Nelly Yuki prom queen.
Meanwhile, Dan and Serena end up going together, but as friends, not lovers.
