我的音樂書簽 : Chivas 起瓦士威士忌與(真空吸塵器)的美麗(音)緣歌曲：When you know / Mad about you 樂團：Hooverphonic 主唱：Geike Arnaert 國籍：比利時曲風：Trip Hop / Psychedelic 網站：www.myspace.com/hooverphonic 相信很多人都對 Chivas 起瓦士威士忌這首廣告曲印象深刻 , 連不喝酒的人都容易陶醉其中 , 而我我就是其中一個 , 相當意外威士忌酒碰上"真空吸塵器"居然能發出如此美妙動人的聲音 (HooverPhonic) , 阿拉斯加的冰河加上清新脫俗的旋律徹底顛覆了傳統酒商的那一套因循苟且的男性沙文主義的俗氣老梗 , Chivas 起瓦士在這支廣告片上的宣傳手法顯得相當大膽而令人驚艷 , 相信很多人都是因為這首歌而對起瓦士起了好感 , 進而頻頻詢問 ... 從結果來看它似乎是成功的 When you know這首歌只是一支專為Chivas起瓦士威士忌所錄製的廣告曲，並未收錄在 Hooverphonic這個樂團的單曲或是專輯中 , 所以任你如何找都找不到 , Mad about you雖說是When you know 的母版 , 但曲風與演唱風格與歌詞意境其實大異其趣 , 怎麼聽都不太容易聯想在一起 , 但若仔細從When you know 的第5,6兩句 : the moon is fully risen and shines over the sea 這句歌詞對照到Mad about you的第34兩句 : I cant fake For God sakes why am i , 還是能聽出異曲同工之妙 , 而我是因為When you know這首歌的緣故 , 愛屋及烏地也喜歡上了"Mad about you" , 兩首歌擺在一起 , 感覺有點像是張愛玲小說的"紅玫瑰與白玫瑰" , 一個熱情 , 一個純情 ... 忽冷忽熱 .... 很能反映出我這個年齡層的特殊心境 : 矛盾卻和諧 When you know走的是吟唱詩人的民謠風 , Mad about you則是呈現有點迷幻狀態的Trip Hop , 兩者的詮釋大異其趣 1.When you know : Chivas 起瓦士威士忌酒廣告版 http://www.tudou.com/programs/view/vgOTp41eR28 2.When you know : 原唱加長版 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=06THle1ePdo
