[問題] 請教一個locking的動作(雙手後撐,腳往上踼)
一開始假設跪姿,
接著雙手往後撐,腳往上踼,
之後如何回復原姿,再繼續踼,
我看過有老師能連續動作踼個五六次,
但我做完踢腿動作後,怎麼試都很難回復,
想請教一下有什麼密訣!
