Check ‘em out >>>vDub (SPIKED)<<< vDub (Vancouver, Canda) Growing up on hip hop, indie/grunge and 80's electronica back in Canada... he moved into the scene in 2005 in Taichung, Taiwan, spinning nu breaks and electro/tech, but moved more towards the electro-grunge/fidget side of things... mashing up old electronica and 80's indie-rock into the mix. Playing all over Taiwan, and hosting events including the free beach parties on Nan Wan during Spring Scream down in Kenting, as well as various SPIKED events in Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and Taipei. Also hosted a weekly after party in Taipei at club DV8 called RISE, followed by FLY sundays @ COCKY bar, bringing in the hottest Taiwanese and foreign djs together under one roof each week. vDub now spins mostly nu breaks, indie rock and electro-grunge, while occasionally throwing 80's and retro/funk parties into the mix. http://www.facebook.com/vdub73 >>>DJ Subtle (South Carolina USA) with Reniculous Lipz (Live!!!) <<< First started playing shows in Greenville, SC 10 years ago, where he held a residency at the Millenium doing drum and bass parties. In 2004 he graduated from Full Sail University with a degree in Recording Engineering. After that he moved to Taichung, Taiwan where he started playing at local venues such as Trendy, CU, Liquid Lounge, Soundgarden/Zoo and Light Lounge, with residencies at the latter. In summer 2009 Subtle made the move up to Taipei where he started playing at VDub's "Fly" after parties at Cocky Bar, and on NYE 2010 he collaborated with some of Taiwan's top promoters to bring you "Milkface NYE" at Barbados. After a formative period as a resident DJ for the Campo outdoor parties and at the F***ing Place, he joined forces with his friends DataBass and MonkeySun to co-organize EARWORM, an underground electronic party hosted regularly in Taipei since 2008, striving to bring talented DJs to the local ears. B.B. is not only a huge Brigitte Bardot fan, but also a DJ with broad musical taste and a passion for digging out rare underground records. His sets reflect such eclecticism, with nu-disco gems, acid house classics, a pinch of punk, few grams of funk, and a zeste of indie-dance splattered on top.
