金棕櫚（Palme d'Or）：《藍是最溫暖的顏色》(Blue Is The Warmest Colour)，由導演
：阿布戴˙柯西胥(Abdellatif Kechiche)、演員： Adèle Exarchopoulos and Léa
Seydoux 一起獲得。
評審團大獎（Grand Prix）：《醉鄉民謠》(Inside Llewyn Davis)，導演：柯恩兄弟
(Joel & Ethan Coen)。
最佳導演（Prix de la mise en scène）：阿瑪特˙伊斯卡蘭提 (Amat Escalante),
for《海利》(Heli)。
評審團獎（Prix du Jury）：《我的意外老爸》(Like Father, Like Son)，導演：是枝
裕和 (KORE-EDA Hirokazu)。
最佳劇本獎（Prix du scénario）：賈樟柯 (JIA Zhangke), for《天注定》(A Touch
of Sin)。
最佳女主角（Prix d'interprétation féminine）：Bérénice Béjo, for 《咎愛》
(The Past)，導演：阿斯哈˙法哈蒂 (Asghar Farhadi)。
最佳男主角（Prix d'interprétation masculine）：Bruce Dern, for《內布拉斯加》
(Nebraska)，導演：亞歷山大˙潘恩(Alexander Payne)。
金攝影機獎（Caméra d'Or）：《爸媽不在家》(Ilo Ilo)，導演：陳哲藝 (Anthony
Chen)。
短片金棕櫚（Palme d'Or du court métrage）：《安全》(Safe)，導演：MOON
Byoung-gon。South Korea
短片金棕櫚—特別提及（Special Mention – Ex-aequo）：
《鯨魚之谷》(Whale Valley)，導演：Gudmundur Arnar GUDMUNDSSON。
《37°4 S》(37°4 S)，導演：Adriano VALERIO。
技術大獎（VULCAN AWARD OF THE TECHNICAL ARTIST）：
Antoine HEBERLÉ, 他是查德電影《舞王》(Grisgris)的攝影指導，《舞王》
(Grisgris) 由 麥哈梅沙雷˙赫哈宏 (Mahamat-Saleh Haroun)執導。
