[心得] Conversation with Other Women 愛情交 …
Aaron
<Before Sunset>的 另一對duo Julie Delpy及Ethan Hawke相比。
" It recalled a painting I'm familiar with: Marcel Duchamp's "Nude Descending a
Staircase" where you see fragmented images of an abstracted figure, as if seen
in multiple micro-shots superimposed over another. It made me wonder if this
would be a nod to the many facets that glide over Bonham-Carter's glacial
facade, since she seems to be living several realities in one vague picture and
the way she recalls the past is different from the way Eckhart sees it."

Time really can move in
two directions. It doesn't matter to the universe anyway."
慶幸,看<Before
Both of our hearts stop."
End credits
Quotes:
Aaron: If the cardiologist is, decides that you are too old and decrepit and
ugly to be at all lovable, I am available to tolerate you in your golden years.
Helena: Thank you.
Aaron: You're welcome. I'll walk you, I'll water you, and I'll feed you.
[......]
Helena: Will we still fight?
Aaron: Not at all. No, we've passed all that.
Helena: So will we play bingo on Sunday nights?
Aaron: Except when we're travelling.
Helena: Where do we go?
Aaron: Guam, Paraguay, Botswana...
Helena: Nowhere particular. We just..we just take a globe, and then spin it,
and go wherever our fingures land.
Aaron: And have sex huh?
Helena: Why? You know what? I'm been totally indisposed since I've turned 40,
so there isn't much of that.
Aaron: It works better that way probably.
Helena: Yeah, we sleep in separate beds.
Aaron: Yeah, but sometimes I push them together.
Helena: Why?
Aaron: Because I remember what you looked like before you're ravaged by old age
of 40. So once a week I will close my eyes and I rub up against you a little
bit.
Helena: That's so disgusting.
Aaron: But you tolerate me because you know that I love you.
Helena: Well yeah. You know you are just a dirty old pervert.
Aaron: Yes I am. But I'm your dirty old pervert.
Helena: Lucky me.
Aaron: And when we're really, really old, we agree to end it. We'll take poison
like in "Romeo and Juliet." And we will hold hands, and both of our hearts
will stop...Both of our hearts stop.
"I believe if there's any kind of God it wouldn't be in any of us, not you or
me but just this little space in between. If there's any kind of magic in this
world it must be in the attempt of understanding someone sharing something.
I know, it's almost impossible to succeed but who cares really? The answer
must be in the attempt. "
