結果是跟Capitol's EMI Records Nashville簽 Alan Jackson has a new label home. The country legend has teamed up with Capitol's EMI Records Nashville in a joint venture between the label and his own ACR (Alan's Country Records). EMI will handle the release and marketing of Alan's future music. "[Capitol/EMI Nashville President] Mike Dungan and I go way back," Alan says. "He was right there during my early days at Arista, and it's going to be great to work with him and his team there at Capitol. I'm happy to be joining the hottest label in Nashville." News of the co-venture comes after Alan left his long-time label, Arista Records, after a successful 22-year relationship. Mike Dungan served as GM of Arista for much of Alan's career, helping the Georgia native earn 35 No. 1 songs and nearly 60 million albums sold worldwide. "Everyone here at Capitol/EMI is beyond thrilled to represent Alan Jackson," says Mike. "A true American original, a future Hall of Famer, and an artist whose work to date is not only commercially successful, but is of historical cultural significance. We are honored, and we are jacked!" Alan will be heading into the studio soon to begin work on his follow up to his 2010 album, 'Freight Train.' ※ 引述《loveyourself (苦工)》之銘言: : 又一個老藝人離開了Sony。 : http://ppt.cc/rPzQ : Alan Jackson has parted ways with his longtime record label, Arista : Nashville, and its parent company Sony Music, it was announced Thursday (Jan. : 20).
