前陣子在 Tower 撿到的一張有趣合輯 --- Ain't Nuthin' But A She Thing 眾家女歌手翻唱別人歌曲的合輯, 不過發行年代倒是有點久遠, 1995 年. 曲目: 1. Ain't Nuthin' But A She Thing --- Salt-n-Pepa 2. Mama --- Annie Lennox 3. 69 Annee Erotique --- Luscious Jackson 4. The Weakness In Me --- Melissa Etheridge 5. Woman Of The Ghetto --- Andi Oliver 6. Open Your Eyes You Can Fly --- Vanessa Williams 7. Hard Times --- Queen Latifah 8. Cimarron --- Come 9. Don't Smoke In Bed --- Patti Smith 10. Mna na h Eireann (Women Of Ireland) --- Sinead O'Connor 不諱言當初買這張合輯, 全是衝著 Melissa 翻唱 Joan Armatrading 的"The Weakness In Me"而來. 一直以為這首歌只有在網路間流傳的 live 版本,沒想到竟然有錄音版本! 我覺得這是 Melissa 唱過最動聽的歌.
