在逃的途中，因受到槍傷而暫時失去記憶的小馬，幸運地被一艘漁船搭救。在
聊天時，漁船主人說出了親人因為此行而去世，為了保留之前的回憶，於是繼
續駕船捕魚，並放棄了她自己的志向。小馬於是有感而發說出了上面這段話。

為了進去醫院救一個政治犯，於是小馬用手邊的道具弄出假血塗在自己臉上，
因而有了以上的對話。意思就是因為醫院被警衛把守著，只好假裝自己是快死
的人，利用對方的同情心混進去。
