(The Hives-Tick Tick Boom) "Tick Tick Boom"是我第一次聽的The Hives的歌, 幾個老男人賣了命的大聲嘶吼, 真的讓聽慣Oasis或是Western Life的我(當年)頗不能接受, 可是反覆聽了又聽, 從網路上找了更多的作品, 深深覺得The HIves真是忠於自我的創作者, 每一首歌都是這樣鬼吼鬼叫的, 其中這首"Won't Be Long"是我的最愛。 The Hives讓人激賞的是他們的live功力, 一點都會不輸錄音, 甚至更自由奔放隨興趣表現自己, 而且觀眾越多他們越High, 噪音越大他們越投入, 在舞台上綻露過人的自信與驕傲, 真的是太屌了!!! (The Hives的Live真是超High的!!!) 有關於The Hives的自信, 以前曾看到某篇報導寫著...(詳細字句有點忘了) "我們的音樂真的太屌了!!!" "我真不懂我們為何沒有紅遍半邊天? 果然在2002年時, 他們就登上MTV Award頒獎典禮, 向世人宣告"我們真的很屌", 還在五分鐘的表演之後叫大家可以關掉電視休息了。原文: "I know you want us to play more, but that's all the time we have so you can turn off [your TV] now!"
