《KREATOR – Phantom Antichrist》的專輯核心，圍繞著近年世界時局的探討。關於『The Few, The Proud, The Broken』創作背景，團長Mille鮮有公開說明，這也賜予聽者無限的想像。『Civilization Collapse』講的是希臘危機；那『The Few, The Proud, The Broken』談的又是什麼呢?? 2010年初至2011年初，發生在北非突尼西亞的『茉莉花革命』，再飄散至『阿拉伯之春』的民主革命浪潮；是否就是這首歌曲背後的主題呢?? 反複咀嚼歌詞後，我做了這樣『大膽』的推測。我喜歡歌詞中They和The Few產生的強烈對比。 They代表了勢力龐大、軍備充沛的集權政府， The Few則是少數挺身而出的民主思潮菁英。『強』與『弱』的非均勢對抗，讓我對這首歌曲做了以下的解讀。『The Few, The Proud, The Broken』採用IRON MAIDEN式的激昂旋律和節奏也變得更合情合理。 (PS：當然，以下中文僅出自於我對歌詞的理解，也十分歡迎、企盼樂友給與建言和指教。) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BIy6uTutYBY
