【關於洗腦訊息】 Better By You, Better Than Me這首歌是英國前衛搖滾樂團Spooky Tooth 1969年的作品，不過Judas Priest在1978年專輯Stained Class上的翻唱版較為知名。這首翻唱作品後來令Judas Priest在1990年涉入著名的「洗腦訊息」訴訟案，起因是1985年美國內華達州的兩名青少年James Vance和Ray Belknap在酒後以拿散彈槍舉槍自盡。後者當場死亡，前者送醫搶救後撿回性命，但顏面受到重傷，臥病在床。兩名青年的父母於1990年對Judas Priest提出訴訟，指稱他們在Better By You, Better Than Me中錄製含有自殺暗示的洗腦訊息「Do it（動手）」，導致James和 Ray自殺。 Judas Priest主唱Rob Halford駁斥此說純屬無稽，表明根本沒有這種技術，而且要是真的有，幹嘛樂團不錄「多買我們的專輯」而要唆使樂迷自殺？而在1991年的相關紀錄片Dream Deceivers: The Story Behind James Vance Vs.
