終於找到了！來這邊替大家解答一下（如果有人也疑惑的話XD）

The Thurston referance refered to Thurston Howell III from a show called
“Gilligan’s Island.” Thurston Howel was a rich snobish guy who was
stranded on the island with seven other people.
The Opie referance was from “The Andy Griffith Show, which was also on
television along time ago. Opie was played by a very young Ron Howard.
It took place in a small southern town called Mayberry, and most of the
people were country hicks.
Therefore they were both refering to the way each other was similar to the
television show.
