Part 2 翻譯Dead死後到2004年這段期間的部份相對前一部分，文章的用字遣詞真的有點艱澀難懂若有發現翻譯錯誤的部份歡迎大家指正 =============================================== De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas (1991–1994) Dead's suicide affected Necrobutcher so much that he left Mayhem, thinning the band's ranks down to two. In 1993, Live in Leipzig was released as the band's tribute to Dead.
