Grammy Awards to Air Feb. 10 on CBS

The 55th annual Grammy Awards are set to air on Feb. 10 of next year, with
the Grammy Nominations Concert airing on CBS Dec. 5, 2012. Again billed as
"music's biggest night," the Grammys will air live from L.A.'s Staples Center
from 8-11:30 p.m. ET/PT.
The December nominations concert will feature performances by past winners
and other stars, as the nominations for several categories are announced live
on air.
This year's Grammys featured a tribute to Whitney Houston, and was dominated
by Adele, who took home six trophies. The telecast attracted almost 40
million viewers, making it the second-largest Grammy Awards in history.
The period of eligibility for the 55th awards is Oct. 1, 2011 to Sept. 30,
2012.
