《Taipei Dream》由俄勒岡莎士比亞戲劇節演員Linda Alper所創作，故事取材於2011年
她在臺灣客座教戲一年的生活經驗。
劇作介紹：
Taipei Dream or Talk/NoTalk
A staged reading of a new comedy about language, culture difference and
finding your passion, even when thing go wrong.
Anna Green, an American actress, has taken a temporary job teaching
Shakespeare to students in Taiwan, Meanwhile back in the US, Anna’s elderly
mother is losing her language. The play also explores Anna’s friendship
with a pair of European ex-pat women, who follow their husbands’ jobs and,
like Anna, try to understand their temporary culture by studying Chinese.
Through these experiences and new friendships, Anna defines and faces a very
real fear that has stopped her from being fully engaged in her life.
