這集的編劇很機巧地，讓一個犯下遠端謀殺的軍人，是一個怯憐憐
瘦弱的女性，同時讓我們的主角擔任她的辯護律師。觀眾的同情心
隨著劇情（加上法官的推波助瀾）被導向「惡人」而不自覺……
劇末法官的名言：
"The problem with the charge of scapegoating is
that it doesn't acknowledge at a certain point
you have to hold pepole accountable.
That is what's happening here. That's all."
