不是這個原因。
外國很多地方命名都會是跟方位有關，有west chester通常也會有
east chester, north chester, south chester這些地方，Phoebe
說的the worst of chesters意思應該就是所有切斯特中最壞的。
不過當然west跟worst也有押頭韻跟尾韻沒錯啦 XD
